Hello, my poker playing friends, and welcome to the Pokerworld blog. Here you can get your fix of poker news, strategy, player info, and much much more. Allow me to introduce myself - My name is Mark and I have been playing poker now for about five years. In that time I have learned a lot about poker, mostly the hard way. But, like like so many of us, I still have a huge amount to learn about the game.

I got the poker bug after seeing poker on tv. It fascinated me watching these guys making moves, out witting each other, and risking everything on the turn of a card. It really is a great game, and I’ll be adding my thoughts and experiences in the online poker world too.
